Terms of Service

1. General provisions

1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the administration of axios-macro.com (the “Service”) and the User.

1.2. By registering on the Website, paying for access, or using the Service, the User confirms agreement with this Agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Service grants the User a limited, non-exclusive right to access the software product by issuing a digital key for a specified period.

2.2. The User receives the right to use the program but does not acquire ownership of the software.

3. Registration and account

3.1. Access requires registration with an email and password.

3.2. The User is responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

3.3. The Service is not responsible for actions of third parties who obtain access to the user’s account.

4. Terms of use

The User is prohibited from:

• sharing the access key with third parties
• reselling access
• hacking, modifying or decompiling the program
• circumventing protection
• using the service for unlawful purposes

5. Access period

5.1. Access is granted for the period specified at purchase.

5.2. When the period expires, access ends automatically.

6. Payment and refunds

6.1. Payment is made for digital access to the software product.

6.2. Once the key is provided, the service is considered rendered.

6.3. Refunds for digital access are not provided, except where the Service is technically unable to deliver the service through its own fault.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is provided “as is”.

7.2. The administration does not guarantee that the Service will meet the User’s expectations.

7.3. The administration is not liable for:

• incompatibility with hardware
• actions of third parties
• temporary technical issues

8. Use of the software product

8.1. The User understands that using the software product may conflict with rules, terms of service or policies of third parties (including game platforms, services and software publishers).

8.2. The User assumes all risks related to using the software product.

8.3. Limitation of liability for bans and sanctions

The Service administration is not liable for:

• blocking, restricting or deleting the User’s game accounts
• sanctions by game platforms, services, publishers or other third parties
• loss of progress, in-game items, digital content or access to third-party services

All decisions on sanctions are made by the relevant third parties, whose activity the Service administration does not control.

8.4. Acknowledgement of risks

The User confirms that they:

• decide independently to use the software product
• understand possible consequences
• act at their own risk

8.5. No compatibility guarantees

The administration does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation
• that third parties will not detect the software
• protection from sanctions or restrictions

9. Access blocking

9.1. The administration may block access without a refund if the User violates this Agreement.

10. Changes to the terms

The administration may change this Agreement. The current version is published on the Website.

11. Acceptance of the terms

Using the Service means agreement with this Agreement.
